1. Gold Rate Calculation
Daily gold and silver prices quoted on our website are based on IBJA market rates. Final billing is calculated on the exact net weight of metal measured on showroom Karatmeters at the time of invoice generation.
2. Lifetime Exchange Policy
Lifetime exchange is available across all Santosh Jewellers showrooms upon presentation of original BIS Hallmark invoice and HUID certificate. Gold content is valued at 100% of current gold rates.
3. Custom Orders & Advance
Custom bespoke orders require a minimum advance of 20%. Gold rate can be locked at the time of advance payment as per company terms.
